“I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by strong and supportive women in all aspects of my life. My family was shaped by compassionate matriarchs and almost every boss throughout my career has been a woman.” Lilly Leas Ferreira, General Manager of The Royal Poinciana Plaza said. “Now as a mother and as a general manager, I have the privilege of helping to shape the next generation of female leaders. The impact of empowering women is undeniable, and I’m honored to launch The Royal Poinciana Plaza’s TOGETHER
initiative focused on female empowerment and entrepreneurship. Together, with some of our area’s most influential women, we will be raising support and lending a voice to four local female-inspired nonprofits.”
