Located at The Park, The House restaurant offers easy access to the golf course
Featuring a view of the park’s rolling fairways, The House in West Palm Beach will wow diners and golfers alike.
Florida trio of snapper
Led by executive chef Jason Van Bomel, The House is West Palm Beach’s newest culinary hotspot and transforms the traditional golf course dining experience. Located at the newly revitalized municipal golf course, The Park, the restaurant is surrounded by lush fairways and welcomes guests with floor-to-ceiling views directly overlooking the 18-holes of heaven.
Dining views that overlook rolling greens
“Each ingredient and dish is deeply inspired by my upbringing in South Florida,” says Van Bomel who comes with three decades of experience, including time spent at luxury hotels like the Four Seasons as well as 1000 North in Jupiter. “That unique experience paired with the natural landscape of The Park inspired The House’s seafood-forward menu and the need to have our very own herb and tropical fruit garden to complement our locally sourced ingredients.” The indoor and outdoor restaurant will proudly include ingredients grown on The Park’s land, including an on-site beehive and chef-curated herb and fruit garden that further adds to the food and beverage menu’s rich ingredients and unique South Florida influence.
The menu at The House has something for everyone.
The menu features a bounty of creative dishes such as spiny lobster corndog, clam and chorizo pizza and cornmeal-crusted oyster po’boy. A must-try dish includes a fresh fish dip infused with smoked Wahoo and spicy pickled peppers with white corn tortillas. For dinner, try a Florida trio of snapper, which is accompanied by tropical fruits, hearts of palm, ginger-scented spinach and spiny lobster red potato mash with a smoked tangerine sauce and molasses.
Oysters with a kick
Framed by high-vaulted ceilings, the dining room is adorned with natural wood tones and white and green hues that complement the environment. The House’s open concept creates a unique venue for events, from intimate celebrations to larger gatherings. Not only will golfers enjoy the concept after a round on the course, but the community will enjoy the food, service and relaxed vibe. “Whether you’ve just finished 18 holes on the course, or looking for a memorable night out, all are welcome at The House,” says Brian Conley, The Park’s general manager. “The warm and inviting atmosphere of The Park shines through in the relaxed, elevated menu chef Van Bomel has created.” 7301 Georgia Ave. West Palm Beach, thehousewestpalm.com
