Sushi by Boū expands its Palm Beach County presence with a new speakeasy-style omakase at Benny’s on the Beach – Oceanwalk. Blending coastal charm with a sleek, curated ambiance, this latest outpost promises an immersive dining experience where expertly crafted sushi meets a vibrant seaside setting.
Nestled along the shores of Lake Worth Beach, Sushi by Boū unveils its newest destination at Benny’s on the Beach – Oceanwalk, elevating the omakase experience with an intimate speakeasy-inspired ambiance. Marking its third outpost in Palm Beach County, this opening follows the celebrated debuts in Boca Raton and at the PGA National Resort. Behind an unassuming entrance, a 14-seat counter awaits, where the art of sushi takes center stage in a setting that seamlessly blends coastal ease with refined sophistication.
Designed to embody a breezy oceanfront retreat with an alluring edge, Sushi by Boū – Ocean Blvd. exudes effortless glamour. Soft sandy hues meet bold bursts of color, while natural elements like driftwood and ocean-inspired motifs harmonize with metallic accents and plush textures. The result is an atmosphere that feels both vibrant and exclusive—perfect for indulging in the precision of an expertly curated omakase. Every detail, from the curated design to the personalized service, ensures that each visit unfolds as a singular experience, distinct from its sister locations.
Helming this expansion are Palm Beach County locals Erika London and chef David Bouhadana, whose passion for reimagining omakase has garnered a loyal following. “We are thrilled to be partnering with the iconic Benny’s on the Beach team and excited to bring Sushi by Boū to the Lake Worth Beach area for our first oceanfront omakase experience,” says London. This addition marks a significant milestone for the brand and the evolution of high-touch, immersive dining in the region.
Beyond its Palm Beach County footprint, Sushi by Boū continues to captivate diners across the country, with locations in New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico. Under the visionary leadership of simplevenue’s founders, Michael Sinensky and Erika London, alongside renowned hospitality maven Richie Romero, the brand has redefined the omakase experience by transforming underutilized spaces into intimate, high-energy culinary escapes.
Each omakase experience is a masterclass in precision, where seasoned sushi chefs guide guests through a progression of pristine seafood selections. The menu showcases indulgences such as buttery O-Toro, delicately sweet Botan Ebi, and the signature Wagyuni—a decadent surf-and-turf creation. Complementing each bite, a selection of handcrafted cocktails, including the Yuzu Honey Bee and Shiso Southsider, rounds out the experience. At Sushi by Boū, every moment celebrates craftsmanship, from the first sip to the final lingering taste of mochi ice cream. 10 South Ocean Blvd, Lake Worth Beach
