The first luxury residential high-rise in Florida designed by world renowned architecture Firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects has launched sales in West Palm Beach.

Frisbie Group, a Palm Beach-based real estate investment group, and Hines, a worldwide real estate company, unveiled sales for South Flagler House, located on the intra-coastal along the Gold Coast in West Palm Beach. Suzanne Frisbie of The Corcoran Group, one of the country's top agents, is in charge of sales, which, together with marketing, will be handled by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
South Flagler House features two majestic, 28-story towers rising from a base lined with stepped gardens and townhouses, boasting superb waterfront unrestricted views of the sea while masterfully combining the timeless character and beauty of Palm Beach. The building is expected to be a significant new landmark unlike anything else on the market and one of the most significant high-rises ever constructed in West Palm Beach and South Florida.
