Not only is Norman spearheading the project's interior design, but she and her husband are also the owners of two residences onsite, which they have plans to combine for a more expansive layout. Designed by the acclaimed architecture firm Spina O’Rourke + Partners, the 106-unit development encompasses three-, four- and five-bedroom layouts across 14 acres of property and three towers.
