Palm Beach Gardens is catching up to its red-hot sister neighborhoods of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach, in large part due to the relaxed and more spacious lifestyle of the Intracoastal Waterway area.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens is paving the way for luxury waterfront living in the up-and-coming zip code, boasting a 29-slip private marina across 1,000+ feet of waterfront. The project has seen heightened anticipation on the heels of its recent partnership with renowned designer Kirsten Norman, founder of The Norman Design Group and Hall of Famer Greg Norman’s wife.
Norman brings over 30 years of interior design experience to the development, having worked for the world’s number one hospitality design firm for 20 of those years. In addition to designing in the five-star hospitality industry, Norman has worked within her husband’s branded real estate industry throughout her career, while traveling and living in exotic places across the globe. Her diverse jet-setting background often informs her style.
"The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens is honored to partner with Kirsten Norman. She not only brings forth an impeccable eye for design but embodies the essence of The Ritz-Carlton brand,” said Daniel Catalfumo, President and CEO of Catalfumo Companies. “The Residences are designed for those accustomed to well-appointed estate homes and who value world-class quality and service excellence.”
Not only is Norman spearheading the project's interior design, but she and her husband are also the owners of two residences onsite, which they have plans to combine for a more expansive layout. The double-condo provides the ideal canvas for Norman to showcase her design expertise, inspired by a yacht aesthetic and peppered with her signature masculine flair.
Designed by the acclaimed architecture firm Spina O’Rourke + Partners, the 106-unit development encompasses three-, four- and five-bedroom layouts across 14 acres of property and three towers. Featuring private elevator entries with controlled access, professional-grade Wolf and Sub-Zero kitchen appliances, floor-to-ceiling, triple panel, impact-resistant glass doors and windows, double walk-in closets, free-standing soaking tubs, glass-enclosed showers and many more coveted appointments, each unit is masterfully equipped.
Among the building’s resort-style amenities is a multi-level waterfront clubhouse with an event kitchen, lounge seating, game areas, a private dining room, business center and coffee bar. Outdoor-loving residents can enjoy a pickleball court and putting mezzanine, as well as a massive 100-foot infinity-edge pool with full-service cabanas and breathtaking waterfront views.
An Owner's Spa is complete with private treatment rooms, steam rooms, showers and sauna rooms, while a state-of-the-art fitness center boasts weight training, cardio equipment and a dedicated yoga studio.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens is scheduled for completion in early 2026 and is already 35 percent sold.
