Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures set off to provide West Palm Beach’s hottest new high-rise address with Forté.

Upping the ante on luxury vertical living in South Florida is not an easy feat these days, but the team behind Forté, a 24-story tower set to rise on South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, is certainly looking to make an impression.

For this latest endeavor, Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures assembled a stellar team of talent that includes renowned architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of the forward-thinking Arquitectonica, Côte d’Azur to New Delhi interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot and the landscape design firm EDSA, a company known for holistic development, land preservation and aesthetic cognizance. The building’s prime setting, with postcard views of the Intracoastal and the Atlantic, only solidifies its appeal to well-heeled buyers.

“Forté’s location in West Palm along the Intracoastal Waterway presents a rare opportunity for future residents to experience waterfront living in a vibrant and walkable downtown setting,” says Linda Soper, a representative for the property.

In terms of inventory, less is more. Forté will house only two units per floor (a total of 41) that will range from 4,200 to 8,400 square feet and start at $4.9 million. The crown jewel is a two-story, six-bedroom penthouse, complete with its own rooftop 360-degree-view pool, an outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen and a cabana bath. Inside the residences, Deniot worked with Italkraft to create custom kitchen designs and bath cabinetry.
