Step into the next chapter of refined living as Panther National breaks ground on its visionary Clubhouse. Designed to blend modern elegance with natural harmony, this architectural masterpiece promises an unparalleled lifestyle with world-class amenities, Michelin-inspired dining, and an atmosphere of timeless sophistication.
In the serene heart of Palm Beach Gardens, Panther National continues to redefine the art of modern living. The highly anticipated Clubhouse has officially broken ground, marking a significant milestone for this exclusive golf and lifestyle enclave helmed by founder and president Dominik Senn. Scheduled for completion in Fall 2026, the 58,000-square-foot facility is poised to become a centerpiece of refined living, offering Michelin-inspired dining, a curated fashion and golf shop featuring a Swiss watch boutique, expansive locker rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and gathering spaces that epitomize understated elegance.
The architectural centerpiece of this visionary project is “The Rock,” a striking tower that houses a sophisticated wine bar and the “Crystal Room,” a private dining haven adorned with a captivating display of crystals sourced from the Swiss Alps—a nod to Senn’s heritage. This harmonious blend of artistry and function sets the tone for an unparalleled experience.

Under the creative direction of architect Max Strang and his firm Strang Design, the Clubhouse is an architectural marvel. The design seamlessly integrates Panther National’s lush natural surroundings with organic materials and a palette of refined neutrals. Natural wood and stone details create an interplay of modernity and nature, mirroring the aesthetic of the community’s Signature Estate Homes. Collaborations with interior design powerhouses Peacock + Lewis and The Decorators Unlimited have resulted in a contemporary yet inviting ambiance that feels aspirational and approachable.
“This clubhouse will be the vibrant heart of both our club and community—a place where sophisticated ambiance, world-class cuisine, and a range of exceptional amenities converge to create an unforgettable experience,” Senn remarked during the groundbreaking ceremony.

Guests participated in a groundbreaking tournament and received insider golf tips from ambassadors such as Thomas, Xander Schauffele, Cameron Young, and Nick Dunlap.
As construction progresses, Panther National’s holistic approach to community building continues to take shape. The first Signature Homes are set to be delivered in early 2025, with the Racquet Center following closely in early 2026. The Lifestyle Club and Wellness Center, featuring pools, a spa, a gym, cabanas, and dining areas, will break ground in 2026.
