Palm Beach greets the resurgence of balmy days and sun-soaked afternoons with serious flair. Here’s what’s new and notable on the local scene.
The Aerin Lauder-design villa at The Colony Hotel
Idyllic luxury living is brought to life by Palm Beach favorite Aerin Lauder. The newest addition to local landmark The Colony Hotel, the Lauder-designed and -curated AERIN Villa Jasmine provides the utmost privacy with a direct, private entrance to the 2,100-square-foot accommodation, complete with two large master bedrooms, two full-size bathrooms, a kitchen and spacious living and dining areas. The design, of course, is charming, feminine and classically timeless, with an apt palette of Palm Beach pinks, greens and blues, and decor from the AERIN collection throughout. “Palm Beach has been an important part of my life since I was a little girl,” says Lauder. “I have beautiful memories of this special place with my family, and it is now home to one of our AERIN stores. … We hope the AERIN Villa Jasmine becomes the perfect escape.” 155 Hammon Ave., Palm Beach, aerin.com

Tamara Comolli drops its latest selection of wrist candy, the Gypsy collection. Counting bangles and hoops among its offerings, the pieces are a celebration of richly hued sapphires, sparkling diamonds and brilliant tsavorites—meant to be stacked and layered in an impressive display of fine jewelry. In a marriage of bohemian sensibility and classic elegance, Gypsy is an ode to the house’s codes of barefoot luxury. Also within the recent releases are new pieces in the Mikado collection, a Tamara Comolli icon, including a diamond pavé necklace that evokes spring blossoms cascading in a delicate gradient that follows the lines of the decolletage. 150 Worth Ave., Ste. 115, Palm Beach, tamaracomolli.com
Queens of casualchic Veronica Swanson Beard and Veronica Miele Beard put their stamp on loungewear. And with fun prints like leopard and springtime florals on its roster, Veronica Beard’s first collection of active goodies includes an anorak, sports bra and leggings. “After seeing the lifestyle shift over the past year, we realized the need to expand into more casual and offduty lifestyle pieces that [our customer] can wear to work out or around the house and still feel chic and put together,” says Swanson Beard. Also among its spring offerings are ultracomfy sweatshirts and pants in calming earth-tone neutrals. (The Analeigh puff-sleeved sweatshirt and Hartley wide-leg sweatpants are shown above). Adds Miele Beard, “We want to meet her current wardrobe needs and serve as her one-stop shop for her workout wardrobe, the clothing she takes on vacation, her office attire, event dressing and loungewear.” veronicabeard.com
