From comedy to Clash de Cartier, we have rallied the hottest must-haves of the month.
The comedic duo Steve Martin and Martin Short will perform at the Kravis Center Gala.
RAISE A LAUGH
This March, The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts intertwines black ties and a whole lot of laughs for its upcoming gala, welcoming legendary, award-winning artists like Steve Martin and Martin Short to the stage, featuring Jeff Babko and the Steep Canyon Rangers. Chairing this year’s gala are long-standing supporters Kathryn Vecellio and Monika Preston with Christine and Bob Stiller as honorary chairs. Kicking off the night is an elegant cocktail reception in the Harris Pre-Function Hall, followed by Martin & Short’s performance of You Won’t Believe What They Look Like Today! in the Dreyfoos Hall. True to their 30-year friendship, the act never misses a beat with jokes about the fickle nature of celebrity, Hollywood’s one-of-a-kind-culture and, of course, personal roasts that only the best friends could get away with. As the party goes on, guests will trade in laughs for oh-so-delicious bites courtesy of Catering by The Breakers at the Kravis Center and dance their way into the Gimelstob Ballroom that’s filled with live music by Marcia Mitchell Music. “The Kravis Center is known for having brilliant entertainment for its gala, and this year is no exception,” says Vecellio. “We look forward to an evening of laughter from comedic geniuses Steve Martin and Martin Short, extraordinary food and a night of dancing.” March 4, 701 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, 561.651.4320
