The Palm Beaches is gearing up to welcome its first concept by renowned Spanish chef and restaurateur José Andrés, who plans to open a build-to-suit ground floor restaurant in the upcoming Olara luxury condominium along waterfront Flagler Drive. New York-based developer Savanna announced the partnership as part of a larger initiative to elevate the burgeoning neighborhood of West Palm Beach and further enhance Olara’s buyer appeal.
Residents of Olara will enjoy special access to exclusive culinary services courtesy of the soon-to-be-named José Andrés restaurant, as well as private, in-residence dining. The waterfront space will encompass 8,500 square feet of both indoor and outdoor dining areas, while several of its food and beverage offerings will be found across the building’s amenity spaces.
Towering 26 stories over the Atlantic Ocean, Palm Beach Island and the Intracoastal Waterway, Olara is leading the transformation of luxury waterfront living in West Palm Beach, with an expected completion in 2027. The Arquitectonica-designed building features 275 private condominium residences, ranging from two- to four- bedroom plus den homes priced from $2 million and up.
Olara boasts a suite of amenities that reflect its nautical wellness theme. A prime example is the 13,000-square-foot fitness center by The Wright Fit, which houses an open-air yoga deck, performance training zones and a recovery and regeneration spa. Olara’s spa prides itself in higly personalized services such as access to a healthcare concierge, in addition to an onsite Japanese-style Onsen, sauna, steam and treatment room, cold plunge and more.
The amenities don’t end there. In resort-style fashion, residents will be treated to two swimming pools designated for leisure and lap, private dock experiences with houseboats and seafaring concierge, a waterfront veranda and juice bar and a library, several co-working spaces and conference rooms for when business takes priority.
