Adult Sketch Class: Gesture and Texture
July 8 / 12:30 PM – 2 PM
Join artist and educator Shannon Walker for a captivating art class amid stunning galleries. Bring your sketchbook and utensils and join a community of local artists in protecting gesture and texture drawing skills, focusing on the exhibition “Rose B. Simpson: Journeys of Clay” in an afternoon of inspiration. Tickets $30, members $15.
July 8 / 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Join Abasi Hanif of “Livin the Rhythm” for drum circles every Monday evening on the North Lawn. Pick a drum or bring your acoustic instrument and join the communal beat. Every Friday, the Norton Museum hosts the vibrant “Art After Dark” series, transforming the museum into a lively hub of activity.
