Founded in 1941 by Ralph Hubbard Norton and his wife, Elizabeth Calhoun Norton, the Norton Museum is celebrated for its distinguished collection of American, European, Contemporary, and Chinese art and photography. The Museum continues to inspire the community with its year-round public programming and exhibitions, including the current display Strike Fast, Dance Lightly: Artists on Boxing. Featuring over 100 works of art, this exhibition explores the art of boxing from the late 19th century to the present, offering the perfect creative backdrop for a culinary journey at the Restaurant.

The restaurant’s seasonal menu reflects the Museum’s dedication to creativity and the celebration of culture. Begin your meal with small plates like the Thai crab bisque, a fragrant combination of Florida blue crab, coconut, and cilantro, or the stone fruit and burrata, where peaches, apricots, and lavender honey create a delicate yet satisfying blend of sweet and savory. For mains, the GO’K burger draws inspiration from the artist Georgia O’Keeffe, offering a rich combination of Gratitude Farms mushrooms, crispy enoki, and Midnight Moon Gouda. If you want something lighter, the yellowfin tuna sashimi is a fresh and exciting choice, featuring sea urchin mayo, smoked shoyu, and citrus.

Explore dishes like the yellowfin pan bagnat or the Nefertiti sandwich for lunch, while dessert options like the tres leches and white chocolate pot de crème provide the perfect sweet ending. The menu celebrates fresh, local ingredients while maintaining a sophisticated edge, bringing art and flavor together in a seamless experience.
