Nathan Coe, “Flaming Palm” (2018, double exposure)
The feminine curves of an ocean coastline, the powerful strutting of a lighthouse, a naked woman’s backside that glitters like the gold flecked walkway to a five-star hotel. The seamless interplay between the nude body and landscapes is the focus of Nathan Coe’s photography, now on display at the brand-new Coe & Co Photography Gallery on Royal Poinciana Way. This is the second gallery that Coe, a recent Palm Beach transplant from Nantucket, has opened with partner Ron Cavalier. The current exhibit also features photography from Steve McCurry, Kirsty Mitchell, Milton Greene, Dean West and Tyler Shields, just in case the view from your window of the Atlantic ocean is all the metaphor you need. 217 Royal Poinciana Way, 561.249.1664
