Wellington resident Natasha Silver Bell offers coaching recovery services to those in need.
It takes a world-class specialist to know how to help those in the throes of addiction and trauma. And while there is no shortage of input, programs and often shame, for these individuals, the missing link for so many is a loving community and someone who can encourage them who actually knows what it feels like to walk through fire. Natasha Silver Bell catalyzed her own experience into the global recovery coaching company SilverBell Coaching (silverbellcoaching.com) and her newly launched Inservice Foundation (inservicefoundation.org).

“My personal story is one of addiction and redemption, and I dream that others may have the chance to write the next chapter of their own lives,” says Silver Bell, who relocated from New York to South Florida. “For years in the making, a decade to be exact, I’ve felt a constant tugging at my heart—a gentle whisper in my conscience urging me to find a way to increase the accessibility to private recovery care beyond the circle of those who can easily afford it.”

With a deep desire to help others, Silver Bell began with the awareness that building robust resources steeped in leading science and research would be needed to genuinely help others. It is truly about “individualized, measurable action plans designed to hold space for the client at each step,” says Silver Bell. She and her team are champions for those dealing with trauma and addiction.
Often thought of as separate, trauma and addiction are interwoven. Often, the underlying issues resulting in eating disorders and substance abuse begin with trauma. Having someone’s support throughout every avenue is an essential component of the process at SilverBell Coaching. They provide a lifeline.
