Olara will bring 80,000 square feet of exceptional indoor and outdoor amenity spaces to its location at 1919 N. Flagler Drive, directly across from Palm Beach Island. Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founder of the award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica, envisioned Olara as a luxury waterfront residential oasis, distinguished by its resort-inspired lifestyle, private marina, and epicurean experiences, with sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean.
The 26-story condo along the Intracoastal Waterway will be a haven of ease thanks to its 275 luxuriously crafted units. The two- to four-bedroom and den-equipped homes start at $2 million. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing manages all advertising and sales operations. In addition, a small number of penthouse units will be available, each with large balconies or even private rooftop decks.
Olara's architecture reflects the water in front of it with its grand glass terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and gentle curves. Arquitectonica envisioned the contemporary tower to blend in with the surrounding landscape, and Gabellini Sheppard Associates was enlisted to design luxurious interiors for the residents' enjoyment. Elegant homes in Olara were designed to maximize natural light and airiness by strategically placing windows near the ceiling. European-style gourmet kitchens with Gaggenau appliances feature white matte lacquer cabinetry, honed Volakas marble countertops, backsplash, and an island. The master bathrooms have a spa-like aesthetic, dual commodes, floor-standing oak vanities topped with Breccia Capraia marble, integrated high-definition mirrors, bronze accents, and illuminated medicine cabinets.
"Olara is poised to transform the waterfront of West Palm Beach into a world-class destination," said Chris Schlank, President and Co-Chairman of Savanna. "From its proximity to Palm Beach, West Palm Beach's booming financial district to its picturesque water views, North Flagler will become the nation's next major corridor for a bespoke live-work-play lifestyle."
The expansive suite of resort-inspired amenities at Olara, also designed by Gabellini Sheppard Associates, elevates the quality of life in this fabulous project. A 30,000-square-foot restaurant and epicurean marketplace helmed by a celebrity chef will be located on the property's ground level, making it convenient for both residents and the general public. A private marina on the Intracoastal, one of the most desirable yachting waterways in the country, will be available to residents, who can then contact the marina's concierge to arrange a variety of nautical excursions.
The nearly 80,000-square-foot amenity deck on the sixth floor will have indoor and outdoor areas that are on par with those found at a 5-star resort. The Wright Fit has planned 13,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor exercise space for its world-class fitness center. In addition to a five-star recovery and regeneration spa, residents have access to a recovery zone with Normatec compression therapy and Hypervolt massage equipment, as well as an outdoor yoga deck, performance training zones with indoor-outdoor turf lanes, a studio for yoga, mat Pilates, core movement and breath work, and a Pilates studio.
Olara's spa and wellness facilities include a Japanese-style Onsen, sauna, steam and treatment rooms, a cold plunge, vitality pools, and meditation rooms, all of which can be used to cool off. The project was created to provide a place of renewal and rejuvenation. EDSA will be in charge of the grounds' landscaping, featuring lush plantings and relaxing amenities like a waterfront veranda and library.
