Kasumi’s culinary philosophy is rooted in the revered Japanese art of Omotenashi, a concept that reflects an all-encompassing approach to hospitality. Every detail, from the quality of ingredients to the presentation of each dish, has been meticulously considered to offer guests an elevated and intimate experience. The menu showcases the finest sushi and sashimi, made with fresh local catches and premium fish imported directly from Japan. Diners can also indulge in standout dishes such as shio koji sea bass, obanzai garden vegetables, and chicken Toban taki, each crafted to marry tradition with contemporary flair.
