“Your home should be a reflection of your personality,” says Chelsea Lane. “Our projects are as unique as our clients.” As the owner of her eponymous interior design house, Chelsea Lane & Co., Lane and her team specialize in wallcoverings and fabrics, as well as décor, lighting and furniture. Lane grew up in the world of interior design. “I spent my childhood on the floor of Palm Beach homes playing with wallpaper scraps, while my mom installed sheets,” she recalls. “It’s in my blood; it’s been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember.”
Inspired by wallpaper’s power and versatility, Lane has curated one of the largest textile libraries in South Florida. With a virtual showroom option clients can now access the robust library from anywhere in the world. “Wallpaper completely changes everything,” she says. “It can be as soft and subtle as a little texture to add warmth or as loud and bold as the main element.” Another favorite design element to play with is lighting with favorite brands including Sean Lavin and Kelly Wearstler. “It sets the mood.”
With headquarters in Palm Beach, Lane’s designs often involve bright colors and palm leaf patterns, but her wide-ranging clients also have her leaning into more minimalist and moody compositions. “We’ve designed so many different styles,” she says. And lately, with the uptick more year round Palm Beach living, she’s seen increased demand in commercial office space. At the end of the day, Lane’s design ethos is simple: “We design spaces that people actually live in. They’re always functional and comfortable.”
Chelsea Lane & Co., Lane and her team specialize in wallcoverings and fabrics, as well as custom window treatments and upholstery. Serving both clients and fellow designers, they also carry home décor, furniture, lighting and all things interior design, including finish samples and hardware.

“We believe that each home should be as unique as the person who lives within it.” For this reason you will not see two projects alike. As owner and principal designer of Jennifer Lynn Interior Design, Arteaga leads a team of versatile designers from her 2,000 square-foot Jupiter studio and showroom. “Our philosophy is the client should drive the aesthetic choices of their home and our team can execute their creative vision with knowledge and expertise.”
Arteaga’s interior design journey began at Kohler and the world of kitchen and bath fixtures, which attributes to her expertise in kitchen and bath remodeling and plumbing. “I was inspired to use my depth of knowledge in home renovation and construction to provide a full-service experience of home re-design,” she says in founding her own studio. Her practice is anchored by a showroom, featuring high-end kitchen and bath appliances, furniture and fabrics, finishes and a tile library, as well as a beautiful conference area and design offices. “We invite our clients to touch the fabrics, sit on the sofas and simply get inspired.”
Originally from Chicago, Arteaga’s projects span South Florida to the Hamptons. She recently completed a unique project in Old Palm. “It has a strong New York influence with a warm, modern approach and not a single coastal element,” she says. She always aims to create beautifully designed and elegantly edited spaces. “We want to create a sense of breathability—that, while there are unique pieces and bold moments, the overall sense is that the room is balanced.”

With the recently opened Amour Design Showroom by Le Serene, interior designer Andrea Huainigg is expanding her footprint in Palm Beach. Founded by her son Josef Huainigg, Amour specializes in both outdoor and indoor furniture along with staging services complementing Andrea’s long established Le Serene Home & Design Boutique with its home décor and interior design services for private homes. “With our two brands, we’ve developed our own design voice in the local market, offering a contemporary and softened design approach for the creation of beautiful spaces,” says Andrea. “With our curated serene aesthetic, we bridge the gap between traditional and modern, creating an interior style that soothes your soul and brings a sense of calm and completeness.”
Originally from Austria, Andrea studied in Italy and worked in Milan at the renowned Salone del Mobile, the world’s largest furniture fair, where her passion for interior design ignited. It was only natural then that Josef follows in his mother’s footsteps, pursuing a degree in luxury brand management in Switzerland, before joining the family business. “European heritage and life on two continents are our greatest sources of inspiration and define the style, passion, and creative work of both our brands,” says Andrea.
With the success of Le Serene, Amour embodies an unparalleled fusion of refined furnishings and materiality with solutions for beautiful spaces. The showroom carries one-of-a-kind furniture, art and curiosities found during the Huainiggs’ extensive travels and longtime relationships with European artisans. Josef says, “We set out to design serene spaces where clients feel joy and happiness to share with family and friends.”

“I have a personalized approach to each design project that allows me to tap into my clients’ psyches, encouraging them to express themselves throughout the creative process,” says Annie Santulli. “My approach has always been collaborative, and begins by facilitating a high level of trust. I use my craft to tell my clients’ stories and allow their living spaces to reveal their personalities.”
A former model who found her way to interior design through travel and fashion, Santulli brings various design elements together to create unique spaces filled with personality. “My favorite elements typically become a focal point or conversation piece, whether it’s a spectacular light fixture, luxuriously textural fabrics, a bold colorful piece of art or an interesting patterned wallpaper,” she says.
One of her recent projects includes a multi-million dollar complete redesign of a Palm Beach oceanfront townhouse, which features a glass staircase that reflects the ocean from the living room’s two-story windows. The newly reimagined landscaping features a private entryway with a koi pond and agate waterfall, custom lighting and a spectacular commissioned 20-foot butterfly sculpture.
For Santulli, her greatest inspiration comes from her relationship with her clients, which is why she’s committed to a hands-on, boutique approach. This is especially important in South Florida’s robust vacation home real estate market, which has her working with clients from around the world. Santulli says, “When my clients tell me they feel more at home than they ever thought they could, I know I really did my job.”
Annie Santulli Designs has created innovative custom interiors for luxury homes and yachts for over 20 years, from South Florida to the Hamptons, Cape Cod and beyond. At the helm of her boutique Palm Beach firm, Annie Santulli’s creative process is fueled by her clients’ passions combined with her obsessive desire to capture their essence in her designs.
