This season, Palm Beach’s luxury dining scene reaches new heights as Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, a five-star oasis, unveils an exclusive preview of Nobu Manalapan on Oct. 18.

In collaboration with the Nobu Restaurant Group and globally acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the resort will temporarily transform its Bokēn and Stir Bar & Terrace spaces into an exquisite preview dining experience, allowing guests to indulge in the art of Nobu’s celebrated Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine.

With Nobu locations gracing five continents, its arrival at Eau Palm Beach marks the legendary restaurant group’s first venture into the exclusive Palm Beach enclave. “We look forward to bringing this preview of our Nobu dining experience to the iconic Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa,” chef Nobu shared. “Being one of Palm Beach’s most famed oceanfront resorts, Eau Palm Beach is the perfect location, and we couldn’t feel more excited to welcome guests, Manalapan residents, and Palm Beach locals to enjoy our acclaimed Nobu menu.”

Under the culinary guidance of executive chef Matt Raso, Nobu Manalapan’s preview promises to deliver its signature dishes, each meticulously crafted to elevate the fine dining experience. Guests will be treated to Nobu classics such as black cod with miso, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño, rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce, and indulgent wagyu tacos. Exclusive to Eau Palm Beach, the menu will also feature specialty items, Matsuhisa’s celebrated sushi, and a curated sake, wine, and cocktail list, including signature drinks like the Matsuhisa Martini, Nobu Soju Cocktail, and Pisco Sour Nobu Style.

The preview of Nobu Manalapan promises to become the pinnacle of fine dining at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, offering a masterful blend of tradition, innovation, and luxury. For those seeking to indulge in this unparalleled culinary experience, the restaurant will be open for dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
