The 9,618-square-foot, two-story restaurant offers a sophisticated environment with seating for 287 guests. Diners can savor their meals in an open kitchen on the first floor, enjoy cocktails at the full-service bar, or opt for alfresco dining on the spacious patio and rooftop. Weather-sensing shuttered roofs ensure year-round comfort, while the top-level lounge provides an ideal space to unwind with a drink before sitting down to dinner. To further elevate the experience, sommelier Stephan Cole curates an exceptional wine list, perfectly pairing fine wines with each carefully crafted dish. "At Catch & Cut, we believe in reviving the golden era of dining with old-school hospitality—where every guest feels like family," says chef Bienvenu.
