This addition to the local culinary scene offers a refreshing coastal experience, spotlighting local seafood and seasonal ingredients. Named after the Loggerhead sea turtle, the restaurant captures a laid-back, breezy atmosphere that complements its seaside setting.

Chef Glenn Rogers, with over 20 years of experience, crafts a menu that celebrates seafood with a focus on simplicity and taste. The offerings include crispy whole snapper accompanied by stewed peppers, tomatoes, onions and cilantro rice; wild mushroom and truffle pappardelle featuring an exotic mushroom mix, gremolata and truffle parmesan cream; and grilled skirt steak served with yuca fries, aji aioli, and onion and tomato demi glaze. Breakfast highlights range from house granola with yogurt and overnight oats to a loaded smoked salmon bagel and the restaurant's signature crab benedict.
The drink menu complements the coastal fare with a selection of wines, beers and creative cocktails such as The Loggerhead, a blend of Knob Creek Rye, Giffard Caribbean pineapple, green chartreuse, lemon and lime, and the Endless Summer, featuring Mi Campo Blanco tequila, Cointreau, salted watermelon purée and lime.

Caretta Caretta offers poolside service throughout the pool deck, private cabanas and outdoor lounge areas. Guests can expect an array of shareables like chilled jumbo shrimp and smoked fish dip; handhelds, including a crispy shrimp wrap and Cubano melt; tropical cocktails; a rotating selection of frozen drinks; and other ice-cold beverages. For private dining, the Atlantic Deck accommodates up to 140 people with full service from Caretta Caretta and the option to customize the menu.
