Bourbon Steak Delray Beach’s menu is rooted in Mina’s product, technique, and innovation philosophy, offering a curated selection of premium steaks, globally inspired seafood, and indulgent sides. Signature dishes include Michael Mina’s iconic tuna tartare, prepared tableside, alongside a luxurious caviar service with playful interpretations like the “Twinkiee”—a cornbread creation stuffed with yuzu crème fraîche and crowned with caviar. The steak selection features standout cuts such as a 22 oz 50-day dry-aged cowboy ribeye and the dramatic 40 oz hay-smoked tomahawk ribeye, presented tableside.
