Even though Grato, Clay Conley’s neighborhood eatery in West Palm Beach’s Flamingo Park district, is already well-known for its wood-fired pizzas, it continues to refine its pie-making process. It recently introduced a new way to develop the dough that has taken what was arguably the perfect slice, and made it off-the-charts delicious. Although you really can’t go wrong no matter which of Grato’s seasonal or staple pies you try, the Motor City Pie is one of the only true Detriot-style pan pizzas you can get in the area, and it’s worth every hearty bite.
