Boca Raton Boom Panel emphasized the growth of Boca Raton’s culture, economy, and community
Boca Raton, FL (February 13, 2019)
ALINA Residences celebrated the opening of its new sales and model gallery with a lively symposium discussing Boca Raton’s recent real estate, cultural and economic boom. The event welcomed members of Boca’s community, prospective purchasers, and many top brokers.
Panelists included major Boca Raton players such as Irvin Lippman from the Boca Raton Museum of Art, Jay Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Florida Brokerage, Kari Oeltjen from Habitat for Humanity, South Palm Beach County and Clara Bennett with the Boca Raton Airport Authority. CBS12 Anchor, Teri Hornstein, moderated the symposium where panelists provided insight into Boca’s economic growth, cultural expansion, and the shifting demographics of the Downtown and Mizner Park areas as well as touched up on what to expect for the future of the city.
“Boca Raton is a great city and we wanted to celebrate it as we launched ALINA’s sales and model gallery.” said Noam Ziv, Executive Director of Development for El-Ad National. “Our sales gallery was the perfect backdrop to facilitate thought provoking conversation about Boca’s evolution. What’s more, we are more than thrilled to be a part of Boca’s growth with the introduction of ALINA.”
Following the panel, attendees enjoyed cocktails and light bites while touring ALINA’s newly opened sales and model gallery. The thoughtfully designed gallery showcases a complete model kitchen and master bathroom. The model kitchen features Miele appliances, a cascading island, wine refrigerator and sculptured hood, while the exquisite spa-inspired model bathroom reveals rain showers, seamless glass enclosures, a freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities and designer fixtures. Additionally, the gallery includes a selection room equipped with various finish options allowing purchasers to personalize their new residence.
Priced from under $1 million to over $6 million, the highly anticipated ALINA Residences will offer a curated collection of finished residences with open-concept layouts and artful design details creating an atmosphere of beauty and comfort. Adjacent to the iconic Boca Raton Resort & Golf Club’s golf course, ALINA’s energetic lifestyle is sustained by its central location and expansive suite of amenities.
