How This Palm Beach Gala Raised Millions for Alzheimer's Research

The Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) hosted its Seventh Annual Hope on the Horizon Palm Beach Dinner at The Beach Club in Palm Beach to celebrate the outstanding achievement in Alzheimer’s research with auctions, dinner, and discussions led by Dr. Howard Fillit and Dr. Rhoda Au.
The event, co-chaired by Bonnie Lautenberg and Heidi McWilliams, honored Nancy Goodes for her leadership and advocacy, with nearly 300 notable guests in attendance, including Leonard A. Lauder, Judy Glickman Lauder, Mel Goodes, and other distinguished figures in philanthropy and science.
The event achieved a record-breaking fundraising milestone of $1.5 million for Alzheimer’s research, highlighting the transformative impact of the ADDF as the funds directly accelerate promising treatments for the disease.
