On Tuesday, Feb. 11, ALINA Residences Boca Raton hosted the South Florida State of the Market Panel Discussion, moderated by Senada Adžem. Panelists included Howard M. Lorber, Executive Chairman, Douglas Elliman; Jay Philip Parker, CEO, Douglas Elliman; and Marisela Cotilla, Executive Director of Sales, ALINA Residences, Boca Raton.
Guests were welcomed by Marisela Cotilla at the ALINA Sales & Model Gallery with Howard M. Lorber to begin the panel discussion. Howard spoke on El-Ad National Properties Group’s developing and transformative, quality projects that are sweeping across sought-after neighborhoods nationwide. He discussed emerging real state trends in Florida and the biggest shifts in real estate happening across the country, while also addressing if there will be a continuance shift in luxury real state away from Miami.
