Who needs snow when you have sand? Mark your calendar for select Sundays in November. The Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach is bringing back its exclusive Après Beach pop-up cabanas with a new twist for 2023.
Book a cabana for up to six people and enjoy chilled rosé, specialty cocktails by The Macallan Whisky and light bites. Cabanas will be designed by local retailers Marissa Collections, Alice + Olivia, La Vie Style House, La Ligne, Kiton, Theory, LoveShackFancy, and Miron Crosby, each offering a unique aesthetic and Instagram-worthy backdrop.
A local DJ will be spinning sounds for the occasion. At the same time, you can partake in garden games, check out personalized fashion illustrations and indulge in a tasty s’mores station to keep things toasty. For a few lucky winners, Casa de Campo is giving away a three-night stay to their 7,000-acre resort in the Dominican Republic.
“We are thrilled to bring back Après Beach to The Royal with cabanas styled by both veteran retailers along with newly welcomed ones since Après Beach’s debut in 2021,” says Lori Berg, general manager of The Royal Poinciana Plaza. “This event series is a fun way to gather the Palm Beach community for a Sunday of mingling, delicious bites and cocktails, and music in our courtyard.”
This year, The Macallan is offering an exclusive experience for guests. Brand Ambassador Katie Nahat, will personally teach one-on-one cocktail classes, offering a unique opportunity to delve into the art of whisky and mixology. “We are delighted to join forces with The Royal Poinciana Plaza to enhance the highly anticipated Après Beach experience,” says Lavinia Cohen, senior brand manager for The Macallan. “This partnership presents an exciting opportunity for us to offer consumers an exploration into the world of whisky and discover the versatility of The Macallan.
